This form is for customers who previously purchased a PDF from my shop (between 2014 and May 2025) and need to have their Sendowl download link reset so they can save their file before all links stop working at the end of the year (12/31/2025).
How long will it take?
I don’t know - it depends on how many requests I will receive. I work just a few hours every week, so I will do my best to send it to you as soon as I can.
It will also depend on how much information you can provide. If you don’t know the email you used to purchase the pattern, or can’t remember when you purchased the pattern, it may take longer or not at all. Please consider forwarding me your purchase receipt instead of filling out this form.
